It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today? *

Back in my 20’s I have everything figured out. I had a career path and the schooling to proceed with my choice. But life has a funny way of changing even the best made plan. So at 28 after a medical emergency I was left with do nothing and live off of the system or learn what I could still achieve on my own. I have never been a quitter. True I may back off and rethink but I will not give up. Holding on to this core value I discovered my passion for writing . And my drive to see my words come to life. I’m right there at the tip where things are starting to get exciting.

I am M.L.Rucscsak author of the “Lite and Darke” Series , and host of dove and dragon radio.

Who or what inspired you to get into writing?

I have always had a passion for writing. Form little stories and poetry in school to later writing fan fiction. But it wasn’t until being challenged to get something published that I ever took writing seriously.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way? *

Both with medical and my divorce were long periods of “why me” followed by “I’m here for a reason.” In both cases I entered depression. Really who wouldn’t? The life you had is now turned upside down and you have to start over. However, when starting over you can get rid of everything holding you back. Get rid of the toxic people that tell you that you can’t do something, and do what your heart says that you can.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition? *

I work in the publishing industry. I just teamed up with another publishing house to bring the best of both worlds. As they are over seas and publishing packages work well there, we have the network to do that. However, here in the U.S we lean to traditional publishing or digital. In this Trient has you covered. Open now is our tradition publishing house with our own print shop opening soon. And here shortly we will be able to offer Print on demand and other resources to those who like to self publish.

In addition to that; I also have a small radio show/ podcast for mostly authors to get their names out there.

Tell us about your writing style?

Style? LOL, what is that? Ok, so as a typical creative mind, I have no less than 10 works in progress going at any given time. These can be things that I intend to publish to fan factions that I just have to wright. As far as how I word things? It depends on how the character wants to become out.

You recently published/ wrote any book?

My new release “The Secret of the Sword” book one of “The Obsidian Chronicles” will be released May 4th, 2021 . However, I am re-writing “The Silent Wars” which concludes the “Lite and Darke” Series.

You are also running a publishing house. Our readers would like to know more about that?

Running a company is hard work and for the most part thankless. Everyone see the finished product, the books from my amazing authors. But few see the countless hours of spreadsheets, endless phone calls and presentations that go behind each book. We assume it’s as easy as looking up DIY publishing places, uploading a book and a cover and be done with it. And that works don’t get me wrong. However, there is a ton of back office things that most people never think of. Yet I would not give it up for anything.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life? *

Success is not given it’s earned. For every over night success that you see there are days, months even years of struggles. Nothing comes quickly. Trust and respect in in any field is earned and it’s not till you earn that , that success will follow.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you? *

I set out to help authors reach their goals. True as an author myself I want to be a best seller, who doesn’t? But  it is more rewarding to help others reach their goals. I can still write and create my own works but getting that e-mail from my authors because they sold their first book or even reached best seller status is still more rewarding then I do so for myself.

What’s next for you? *

Working with Trient Press my goal is simple, help the company succeed. I would love to see more Indie author come over to traditional publishing. See more authors who need support to understand why editing is so important and why seeing out services when you do decide to self -publish is just as important as promoting your works.

Any thing else you would like to share with our readers?

M.L.Rucscsak : You are never too old or too young to do something you are passionate about. But please keep in mind nothing happens overnight. For every overnight success that we see are years of hard work behind that person.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more? *
